More important than money??

Network Marketing is bigger than a business to make money.  It’s an environment.

Put a shark in a fish tank, and it will only grow to about a foot long. But that same shark in the ocean would have grown to five feet. Have you been in a fish tank thus far in your life? Have you been surrounded too closely by walls and other small fish?  If you want big success and happiness, you must get into an environment that enables it. Get around successful, happy people who want you to be like them.

The business skills, life skills, people skills, leadership skills, new friends, ambition, self-drive, and optimistic outlook you’ll gain just by being IN the environment will positively impact your relationships, your kids, your ability to do better at any job or business you ever do.

“What I learned in network marketing over those years enabled me to start my own business and we are now growing faster than anyone else in our space. I learned marketing, teamwork, leadership and how to foster good relationships. I learned how to put others first, and now we are first.” ~ Former network marketer

Making money in a business is important. But it’s not most important. It’s actually a byproduct of being in the right place and doing the right things. If you’re doing the right things in the wrong place (a job), you will not get the desired outcome of what you desire is freedom.  If you hang around people who are content with living by someone else’s schedule and rules, and content with getting paid what someone else thinks you’re worth, then you’ll adopt and learn to be content too. But if you hang around entrepreneurs who believe that much more is possible, you’ll begin to see a much brighter future for you, too.

Imagine trying to be an entrepreneur amongst a sea of W-2 employee-mindset people. They will drag you down with them. They will program you to think it’s smart to just work hard and take home a paycheck after the government snatches their taxes. That’s what they know, it’s their value system. It will be nearly impossible to maintain a different mindset if surrounded by opposites. This is why like-minds must assemble together. Get around people going in the same direction you want to go in. This is required to achieve success in anything.

If you are the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room. You don’t want to be the biggest fish in the small pond. You want to seek growth opportunities. Get around people who will stretch you, and support you, and cheer for you to win big. Do you know where I found this environment? In network marketing. That’s how I went from real estate agent as a salesperson to becoming a business owner that generates a seven-figure annual net income. I got around the people who had already done it; an environment of abundance where people wanted me to win instead of being worried about someone taking their market share.

Most of my best friends I met through network marketing. I enjoy spending time with people who think like me. I found out how to be a leader and how to serve others, and it’s given my life such bigger purpose. Before network marketing, I had never given time or finances to charitable causes. Now this is a regular thing. In all, the network marketing environment made me a better person. It gave me a happier life. So my advice to everyone is this — you may have gotten into the business to sell products and make money. And of course you should pursue that. But even when that isn’t going as well as you’d like, just remember that all the intangibles you’re gaining just by staying in the environment and attending the events and calls … you’re gaining and winning every day. You are becoming. The earning will always follow.  Get out to your local Super Saturday event this month, and your local briefing this week. Dial into the team conference calls. Reach out to your upline full-time leader today so you can associate more closely with success. Seek to gain more than just money from this adventure. Seek to become the best you. You have the right environment, just be sure to stay in it. We will see you on the getaway trips so we can celebrate you!

PS – Come explore the environment I’ve created for you within this blog. Explore around and spend some time in this success bubble. I promise you’ll come out each time better for it.
