More Interested Prospects Than You Can Shake a Stick at!

Please know that your focus should always be on selling & recruiting in your warm market (and the warm contacts of your team members).

Not as an “OR” but rather an “AND,” what if you can supplement your prospecting efforts with additional people who have raised their hand online and said they are interested in finding a business that they can work from home?

 WARNING:  This is NOT suggested to replace talk to your own warm contacts.  Trying to build your business only with leads is not the most fun and effective.  The only reason I decided to add lead calling into my routine is because I wanted to be the Top Recruiter in my whole company, and I wanted to have a constant flow of new prospects to pitch.  And what I discovered is that when you have a never-ending supply of people to pitch, you no longer come across desperate and you stop brow-beating your friends and family in convincing them to join you.  Your posture becomes better.  You come across like you have something they need, versus needing that person and seeming needy.

I recruit via cold market strategies like this in order to get into those recruits’ warm markets.  Please understand this.

So here’s what I suggest.  Make lead calling a part of you method of operation where you call maybe 2-5 leads a day in addition to whatever else you are doing.  Maybe 10-15 minutes of your day.  By doing this consistently, you will develop such a pipeline of prospects that you will be hard pressed to not be recruiting 4-5 people a month.
