As we always repeat – 3rd Party is ALWAYS needed in recruiting, never try to close people on your own. If 1st Party happens to work, it will backfire with your team who will try to copy you. But most of the time it won’t even work for you. Either way, first party is NOT how you create a fast-growing, duplicating team. Period, end of story.

And when you edify your upline to your team members, you will have empowered him/her to have the influence needed to help you move your team members into action.
