Recruiting is not a one-time event… it’s a conversation. You pique their interest, get them to be willing to review some info, follow up to answer questions, attempt to close, and if not ready you try to figure out what other info they need to help make the decision.
People join this business model in order to make more income, but they can also get excited about how much they can SAVE by starting the business as well.
People who have JOBS do not get to enjoy the benefits of tax deductions like writing off mileage in their car, a portion of their utility bill at their home, phone and internet bills, and even airfare or meals. So when you can SHOW (not tell) them in real numbers on a screen how much starting a side business can save them, you’ll often see them pull the trigger to get started.
